Scene Summary
Tirana's dedicated co-living market is nascent but emerging, with one established property serving the growing digital nomad and remote worker community. Nomad Island Coliving is recognized as the first creative co-living space in Albania, part of a broader trend of affordable, community-oriented accommodation for remote professionals seeking to balance work and lifestyle. The market is positioned as an affordable alternative to Western European co-living hubs, with emphasis on community events, networking, and access to workspaces.
