• BFiT758/Crossfit 758 in Choc Bay is the only CrossFit-style box on the island, so it's a reasonable pick for nomads wanting structured group training rather than a plain weight room.
• Some hotel gyms (e.g. Bel Jou) sell day passes to non-guests, which can be a useful fallback if you're not ready to commit to a monthly membership.
• For talk therapy, Castries has a small number of licensed, locally based psychotherapists offering both in-person and telehealth sessions — useful if you want continuity of care while traveling.
• The government-run Saint Lucia National Mental Wellness Centre on Millennium Highway is the main public mental health touchpoint if you need urgent local support.
