Good to know
Good to Know
- Premium international-brand gyms (Gold's Gym, Orange Fitness, Reebok Sports Club) cluster in central Yerevan and are priced well above basic local gyms — expect to pay several times more than a no-frills neighborhood gym.
- Monthly-only memberships aren't always available at the most premium clubs; some require longer-term contracts or charge a steep walk-in/short-term rate.
- Standalone cryotherapy is available via a medical center rather than a dedicated athletic recovery studio, so pricing is per-session/course rather than a drop-in gym-style model.
- Most alternative-medicine providers in Yerevan (acupuncture, homeopathy, manual therapy) operate inside general medical clinics rather than as standalone wellness studios, so booking usually goes through a clinic reception rather than a spa-style walk-in.
- English-language talk therapy is a genuinely emerging niche in Yerevan rather than a mature market — expect a small number of practitioners (often themselves relocated professionals) plus international teletherapy platforms, rather than a large local directory.
- If you're looking for a boutique biohacking/NAD+/peptide-drip scene like you'd find in Bali or Dubai, Yerevan currently isn't that city — plan on conventional clinics rather than dedicated longevity studios.

Sauna And Bathhouse Venues
- Note
- Yerevan has several hammam/Turkish-bath and spa venues with sauna facilities (mostly bundled into massage/spa businesses rather than standalone athletic recovery centers), but we could not confirm a dedicated ice-bath or contrast-therapy recovery studio distinct from the cryotherapy option listed above.
Average Gym Membership Citywide
- Average Gym Membership Citywide
- AMD 30,695
Citywide average monthly gym membership figure (business-district benchmark); premium clubs like Gold's Gym or Orange Fitness run notably higher, in the 30,000–70,000 AMD/month range.
Biohacking And Longevity Scene
- Summary
- Yerevan does not have a well-documented, dedicated biohacking or longevity-clinic scene (e.g. no confirmed NAD+/peptide drip bars, cryotherapy chains, or biological-age-testing studios turned up in research). The city's alternative-health infrastructure leans toward established traditional/complementary medicine (acupuncture, homeopathy, manual therapy) delivered through general medical clinics rather than a Western-style 'longevity optimization' industry.
