Good to Know

• San Pedro's coworking scene is very small — Work Space Belize (across from the Tropic Air terminal in town) is essentially the only named, dedicated traditional coworking operation that turned up in research; it's best to message them directly (Facebook/Coworker listing) to confirm current day/week/month rates before planning around a specific price.
• We could not confirm any hotel property in San Pedro town that runs a formal 'hotel-coworking hybrid' program (i.e., a hotel explicitly marketing desks/coworking membership to non-guests). Several beach resorts near San Pedro (e.g., Sapphire Beach Resort, Mahogany Bay) sell day passes for pool/beach access, but these are leisure day passes, not work-oriented coworking setups, so they weren't included here.
• Internet speeds and reliability vary a lot across San Pedro/Ambergris Caye — most nomads report needing a backup mobile hotspot (Belize's two carriers, DigiCell and Speednet) for video calls, since even 'coworking-grade' wifi in town can be inconsistent during peak season or storms.
• San Pedro's remote-work infrastructure is limited to one basic coworking office plus cafés/hostels with wifi — there is no Soho House-style private club or dedicated coliving-with-coworking compound (like a Selina or Outsite) currently operating on the island, so don't expect that category of space here.
• A few beachfront resorts (e.g. Victoria House, south of town) have occasionally run promotional 'work from paradise' packages bundling accommodation, breakfast, and wifi upgrades, but these are seasonal marketing packages rather than standing coliving-hybrid programs, and availability/terms change — check directly before assuming this is an ongoing offer.
