Many streets in Willemstad are pedestrian streets, so you can't even properly drive inside the city. Major sights are easily accessible on foot via mostly flat, pedestrian-only streets. Outside the city center, walkability diminishes significantly; Pietermaai is currently the most walkable neighborhood on the island.
