Scene Summary

Cascais hosts a small but emerging co-living market centered on remote worker and digital nomad communities. Two dedicated co-living properties currently operate: Luna House & Cowork, a boutique property in central Cascais offering private rooms with on-site coworking, and Outsite Cascais - Guincho, a larger community-focused coliving in nearby Guincho. The market is characterised by beachside and nature-oriented settings, catering to surfers, remote professionals, and entrepreneurs seeking a coastal lifestyle near Lisbon while maintaining access to work-friendly infrastructure.
